Jet Services

Jet Service came to us at the height of the COVID pandemic when their business struggled like so many others. They had been in business for nearly 40 years and rebranded themselves as Jet Services around 2010. However, they had never invested in marketing or branding before 2020. Our challenge was to create a comprehensive brand strategy, including a new brand identity and marketing plan to help propel their business into the future. After several months of research, we developed a strategy to guide Jet Services for the next three years. As of May of 2022, Jet Services has successfully grown the business, adding four new planes to their fleet of private charter jets. We continue to partner with them and are proud of their success.

Jet Services' brand identity is a modern approach to the pilot's wings airlines gave to children from the 1950s to the 1970s.
We created an executive summary that is a valuable tool for Jet Services in their sales process. The summary covers all aspects of the Jet Services' business, from flight operations, maintenance programs, and their current fleet.
We worked with Jet Services to create giveaways for loyal customers that made the customers feel valued. This polo shirt was one of the proposed items.
Each plane in the Jet Services fleet has a small galley that is equipped with branded coffee mugs for in-flight service.
Jet Services' stationery fits the luxury of a private charter jet with metallic inks that adds a little something extra.
We ensured that Jet Services' advertising stayed on-brand with consistent visuals and messaging across all platforms.
